Everybody Wins! DC (EW!DC) is proud to announce that Portal Dynamics, Inc, a leading Northern Virginia technology company, hosted a book drive that resulted in more than 100 books for EW!DC’s Power Lunch Program at Key Elementary School.  The Power Lunch Program at Key Elementary is anticipated to serve seventy-five students  during the 2009-2010 school year.

“The books that were generously donated by Portal Dynamics will go directly into the hands of our students at Key Elementary through our book cart and book distributions, which occur three times per year.  Corporate book drives help us infuse interesting new books to our programs, which helps keep our students engaged throughout the school year ” explained EW!DC’s Executive Director Mary Salander.

Paula E. Waters, SPHR, Director, Human Resources/FSO at Portal Dynamics, Inc.  highlights the partnership:  “Portal Dynamics is proud to have sponsored a corporate book drive to help promote literacy in support of the Everybody Wins! DC program.  After visiting  Key Elementary School in Arlington, VA and seeing the mentors reading to the students, we were especially glad to have selected this school to donate books to as part of our commitment to give back to the community.  Portal Dynamics is honored to be a partner in support of this great program.”

Portal Dynamics was founded on the vision that Internet based Integrated Digital Environments and the Application Solutions established within these virtual new platforms would usher in a new age of collaboration, information sharing, and business process improvements
