Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation Select EW!DC as Beneficiary for Redskins Read Children's Book Drive on Sunday, Oct.18, Game Day Volunteers Needed! 
The Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation, in partnership with Everybody Wins! DC and Borders, will hold the second annual Redskins Read Children's Book Drive at FedExField on Sunday, October 18 when the Washington Redskins play the Kansas City Chiefs. Collection bins featuring the Redskins Read, Everybody Wins! DC, and Borders logos will be prominently placed at all 8 stadium entrances and staffed by EW! volunteers handing out additional literature alerting fans about the book drive and local literacy initiatives. This children's book drive will collect new children's books that will be redistributed throughout the Washington Redskins market to children that could otherwise not afford to purchase books. Fans are encouraged to bring new children's books to the game and drop them off in the collection bins that will be stationed around the stadium. If fans are unable to attend the game, they may visit any of the 29 participating Borders stores in Washington, DC , Virginia or Montgomery and Prince George's County, MD to make their book donation.
EW!DC will need thirty-five volunteers to assist with the book drive activities, which will start at 9:30 a.m. Volunteers will be provided a ticket to the game.
